They appear seemingly out of nowhere; one moment a pristine field, the next moment a complex and mysterious design imprinted in the nearly ripened wheat. The stalks are bent and laid in swirls and patterns of mathematical precision and yet remain virtually undamaged. Some designs demonstrate principles of geometry while others portray ancient religious symbols. Skeptics tell us they're hoaxes, but no one can fully explain how these patterns are created with such speed and accuracy. Some even believe there are alien forces at work.
