Hidden beneath the surface of our human and earthly natures, is a divinity beyond our wildest imaginings. Greg Spalenka's Divine Nature 2009 wall calendar takes us into the worlds within worlds at the edges of our awareness, and sparks a memory of what it is to be divinity in motion.
Spalenka has been creating award-winning artwork in the publishing world of books, magazines and newspapers for over twenty five years. Primarily a conceptual artist, his imagery is imbued with universal and metaphysical qualities.
"My intention is to create art that affects the viewer on conceptual, visceral, and spiritual levels. All these qualities must be present in the art for it to feel complete or whole."
Also a concept designer in film, Spalenka's work can be seen in "The Golden Compass", "The Ant Bully" and "Escape from Planet Earth".
