Samantabhadra and Consort
Benevolence and Omniscience

Samantabhadra (complete goodness) in union with his consort, Samantabhadri, is the primordial Buddha (the adibuddha) composed of knowledge (or omniscience) alone. As the nudity and absence of adornment implies, Samantabhadra is the primary Buddha from which all other Buddhas derive. You can picture this seminal Buddha residing in the heart of any other Buddha you choose.

Suggested meditation to experience complete presence:
Breathe slowly and deeply. Allow your body to relax and your mind to become calm and clear. Visualize the image of Samantabhadra in front of you. Allow the image to condense and flow into your heart. Feel yourself merging with and dissolving into this omniscient presence.
