Photographer Jane English and writer Renee Casterline have created a new book to replace the out-of-print Mount Shasta: Where Heaven and Earth Meet. Mount Shasta Reflections is a keepsake for visitors, an invitation to strangers and a memoir for people who live near the mountain. The bold and colorful photos have captured the many moods of Mount Shasta, expressing the photographers' love for their subject. Vignettes have recorded the essence of the mountain in another way, with stories from residents who share the spirit of the community surrounding this enormous presence.
