ORDERING INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS

Domestic consumer orders may be placed online through our secure website, by phone at (800) 326-2375 or by faxing our printable order form to (503) 284-6417. If calling or faxing an order, please indicate the title, product code and quantity for each item. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please mail your order to the following address:

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders ship from University Park, IL 60466. Orders within the U.S. ship by USPS Media Mail (estimated transit time, 2-7 days within the continental U.S. or up to 3 weeks to Hawaii and Alaska) or by USPS Priority Mail (estimated transit, 2-6 days). Media Mail is the least expensive and our default shipping method for domestic consumer orders. Unfortunately, greeting cards, catalogs and other items may not ship by Media Mail – in these cases, if Media Mail is selected we will select a comparable shipping method.

International orders may ship by USPS 1st Class Mail International (estimated transit time, 2-6 weeks) or USPS Priority Mail International (estimated transit, 6-14 days). USPS has a 4 lb. (1.8 kg.) weight limit for packages shipping by 1st Class Mail International – any order over 4 lbs. must ship by Priority Mail International.

Orders received before 3:00 PM (PST) will ship the following business day, in most cases. Sorry, same day shipping is not available.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

You may return merchandise purchased at full retail price for any reason within 30 days of receipt (sale items are sold on a non-returnable basis). We will exchange such merchandise for merchandise of equivalent value or refund your purchase price (this excludes shipping charges unless the return is due to damaged goods or other shipping errors on our part).

For returns information, please email or call (800) 326-2375. To facilitate your return we will need the following information:

1. The name and address item(s) shipped to
2. A daytime telephone number
3. Invoice/order number
4. Date that order was placed
5. How was your order placed? Online, by phone or fax?
6. Title and quantity you wish to return
7. Reason for return

Our returns department will provide you with a returns authorization number along with instructions for the return of the item. Please note that we can only honor returns of items that were ordered directly through Amber Lotus.
