For greeting cards please indicate the product code for

SHIPPING
INFORMATION:
Orders are shipped within three business days.
Orders within the United States are shipped through the Postal
Service by Priority Mail (estimated transit time of 1 to 4
days).
Orders outside of the U.S. are shipped through the Postal Service -
Shipments under 4 lbs. by First Class Mail; shipments over 4 lbs. by Priority Mail International (estimated transit time of 4 to 10 days).
Shipping
through the Postal Service may take a bit longer during the
busy holiday season.

You may return merchandise purchased at full
retail price for any reason within 30 days of receipt (sale
items are sold on a non-returnable basis). We will exchange
such merchandise for merchandise of equivalent value or refund
your purchase price (this excludes shipping charges unless
the return is due to damaged goods or other shipping errors
on our part).

Our returns department will provide you with
a returns authorization number along with instructions for
the return of the item. Please note that we can only honor
returns of items that were ordered directly through Amber
Lotus.
