FAQ

How do I submit my work for consideration?
We are not currently accepting submissions.

What are your hours and holiday closures?
Customer Service is available Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CT. Our office and warehouse closes for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We may also close a little early on the days prior to these holidays.

I received my order but there is a problem with it. What can I do?
We’re very sorry to hear this and want to make it right. Please see our Return Policies and don’t hesitate to contact us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. PT will ship the next business day. We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail which usually are delivered within one week. International orders can take 1-4 weeks or longer depending on your location. Due to the high volume of orders during the month of December, fulfillment and shipping times may be slightly longer.

You emailed me a tracking number. What do I do with it?

You will receive an automated email* notification that the status of your order has changed to "shipped." Within the email you will find a USPS tracking number. To track your package simply copy the tracking number and paste it into the search bar at usps.com. Please be aware that it may take a day or two for the USPS website to update tracking information.
*Due to a technicality in our system, this email generally arrives the day after your order was actually picked up by the carrier.

What type of packaging do you use? Will my calendar get bent?

All of our products are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes which make them difficult to bend. However, if your product does get damaged in shipping, please contact us for a replacement. For other order problems, please see our Return Policies.

I don’t live in the United States and the shipping costs are too high for me. Is there anywhere I can find your products in my country?

We have several foreign distributors around the world, but unfortunately we do not have a comprehensive list of all stores which carry our products globally. Try contacting your local bookstores and gift shops to see if they carry our products. If they don’t, you could request that they consider doing so and let them know they can find a list of distributors on our Wholesale page. You might also try shopping on Book Depository

What tools do you recommend I use for writing on your calendars?

Our wall calendars are printed on coated paper stock. We recommend using a fine tip, Sharpie-style marker as ball-point pens and pencils are not as effective.

How do you decide which holidays to put in your calendars?
All of our calendars include US and Canadian legal holidays, phases of the moon, and selected observances from the world’s great religions. In addition, we make an effort to include a variety of traditional and nontraditional holidays from a wide array of cultures. Deciding which holidays to include involves many factors. If there are several events noted on a single day, we may opt not to include more in order to leave space for writing. Sometimes official holidays are announced after we have sent files to press, so we are not able to include them until the following year. In general, we practice inclusivity and continue to educate ourselves on new traditions.

I have a business and would love to stock your products. How do I proceed?

That’s great! Please see our Wholesale page for more info. At this time, we are not able to take wholesale orders via our website. So please remember to contact us direct when placing an order.
